These Terms govern your use of worldfootballshop.co.uk (the "Site") and any membership you take through us. By using the Site or subscribing through our Patreon page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. The service

We provide digital, downloadable football kit fonts and related vector files. Access to the downloads is provided through a paid membership, billed and managed by Patreon, Inc.

3. Membership and billing

  • Memberships are purchased through Patreon. Patreon's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to the billing relationship between you and Patreon.
  • We do not store your payment card or bank details. All billing is handled by Patreon.
  • Subscription price, billing cycle, taxes and currency conversion are governed by Patreon at checkout.
  • Access on this Site is granted while your Patreon membership is active and in good standing at the qualifying tier.

4. Access to downloads

  • When you sign in via Patreon and are an active patron at the qualifying tier, you may download any font in our catalogue.
  • Downloads are subject to reasonable per-account rate limits to prevent abuse.
  • Each downloaded ZIP includes a personalised receipt identifying your account. Please do not share these files.
  • If your Patreon membership ends, is declined, refunded, or downgraded below the qualifying tier, your download access on the Site is suspended automatically.

5. Licence to use the fonts

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the fonts and vector files you download for:

  • personal projects;
  • one-off and small-commercial uses such as customised shirts, prints, fan art, small-run merchandise and design work for individual clients.

You may continue to use files you have already downloaded for the purposes above after your membership ends, provided you continue to comply with these Terms.

You may not:

  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload or otherwise make the font files themselves available to anyone else;
  • include the fonts in any product where the font itself is the deliverable (for example, font bundles, font marketplaces or design templates intended to be redistributed with the fonts);
  • claim authorship of, or remove identification from, the fonts;
  • use the fonts to infringe any third party's rights, including trademarks, or to produce content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or misleading;
  • use the fonts in a way that suggests endorsement or official affiliation with any football club, federation, league or player without that party's permission.

For high-volume commercial use, broadcasting, brand identity or any use beyond the scope above, please contact us for an extended licence.

6. Intellectual property

All fonts, vector files, designs, text, imagery and code on the Site are the intellectual property of World Football Shop or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership; we are only granting you the licence described in Section 5.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel your Patreon subscription at any time directly through Patreon. Cancellation stops future billing; cancellation rules and timing are governed by Patreon.
  • Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, paid subscription periods are non-refundable once any download has been issued during that period, except where required by law (for example, where the service is materially faulty and we are unable to provide a remedy).
  • For billing disputes or refund requests, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond in good faith.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access the Site or downloads using automated means, scrapers, or tools intended to circumvent rate limits or access controls;
  • share your account credentials or download links with anyone else;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source files of the Site;
  • introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the Site or its users.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if your Patreon membership has ended or been declined, or where required for security or legal reasons. We will tell you the reason where we are able to.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and the fonts are provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under UK law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific font will remain available indefinitely.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid through Patreon to our campaign in that period, or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, goodwill or anticipated savings.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the fonts.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Site (and by email where appropriate). Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
