All prices are shown in British pound sterling.
We accept payment by all the following methods. Online transaction and by bank transfer. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard and Visa. All card payments are processed by World Football Shop via our secure payment system over the phone or through our website – https://worldfootballshop.co.uk.
We do not store or keep any credit card details.
Items ordered will be processed within 72 hours of purchase. Once a order is “processing” you will be notified via email, from this point a refund or cancellation on your order is against our terms of service, this is because we have outlaid the cost of your item to be customised or if it is from a foreign league, to be imported.
We make every effort to ensure that delivery is made within 2-3 business days however certain items may take between 1-3 weeks however we have a maximum delivery period of 2 months from purchase. Customised items normally take around 4-6 days to be delivered and have a maximum delivery period of 3 months from purchase.
As we are an all encompassing sports shop, with wide ranging products from leagues all over the world, we often order these from the manufacturer/supplier to fulfil orders. We do stock many items for all of the sports advertised. It is always best to check the delivery prior to ordering, to avoid any miss-understanding, we will be happy to let you know a more informed delivery estimate.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from our shop, as we aim to offer you 5 star rated customer service. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Once contact has been made to customer services by email to firstname.lastname@example.org the returned item must be delivered to our returns address within 14 days of original receipt of item.
Returns made after this time frame will not be eligible for refund. Carriage costs incurred from returning items are liable to the purchaser. if items are not sent on a tracked delivery service and receipt of delivery is not confirmed, World Football Shop is not responsible for the item(s) & is not liable to provide a exchange or refund for the order
If received within 14 days and after we have established that the item is unused, and original brand tags are fully attached, you will be refunded the sale price excluding original cost of delivery or your exchange item will be dispatched from our office.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition, along with it’s original packaging. If the item is returned to us and not in a re-sellable condition, we are not responsible for the return postage costs of the item, this is charged to the customer.
Orders containing customised items can not be returned or refunded once the order status has been set to processing.
All refunds will be processed as a credit back to the original card account number which was used for the initial transaction.
