As an online store without any physical shops, we have a duty to offer a safe & reliable delivery service. This is especially important given the high value of most of the items available from our store.
We only work with reputable delivery companies to ensure your item arrives undamaged and in perfect condition. Our express delivery service is track-able the whole way from our shipping warehouse to your address.
STANDARD DISPATCH TIMES
Once an order is placed, we have a standard dispatch time frame of 9 – 12 days.
This is because we are an online only business and do not have large premises of which to hold stock or physical shops, therefore reducing our costs as a company, we are able to pass these savings onto you as our customer however this means you may wait a little longer for your item. As your items will be placed on order through our supply chain.
We do hold a limited amount of stock available for immediate dispatch, please call our customer services before placing your order if you need your item within a specified time frame.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Once an item is dispatched, it should be delivered within the next 48 hours to your delivery address. Deliveries can be made Monday – Saturday. If a delivery is missed you will be left a “while you were out” card. On the card there will be information on how to re-arrange delivery or to collect your parcel.
If delivery in the UK takes longer than 2 business days from being dispatched, please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist.
International delivery (outside the UK) can take between 3-5 days from being received. If delivery has taken more than 7 days please contact customer service.
All our deliveries are sent on a tracked courier service, normally with Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking information by email, it is also available in the account section on our website. You can log in to your account any time by clicking on the “my account” link at the bottom of the page.
There will also be a link to the couriers website from which you can input the tracking information.
HOW TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
A delivery address can only be changed if the order has NOT been dispatched. If you have received an email stating your items have been dispatched it may not be possible to change delivery address.
